The venue for this year’s ASM, the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre is ideally located in South Bank, Brisbane’s vibrant cultural and entertainment precinct. – Full prepayment is required to secure your booking;
– Breakfast is not included;
– The rates listed are shown per night per room;
– The rates are in Australian Dollars (AUD);
– The hotel will require a credit card imprint from guests upon check-in to cover incidentals. The amount pre-authorised is established by the hotel.

If accommodation payments are not received by Sunday 31 July 2026 your room may be released back to the hotel and may be liable for full payment.

Getting there to the Venue

Airport Transfers

Both Brisbane domestic and international airports are 30min drive from the Centre.

The AirTrain connects South Brisbane station to Brisbane’s international and domestic airports with stops in the Brisbane CBD and Fortitude Valley. Tickets and a timetable for this service can be found at the Information Desk or you can pre-book on the AirTrain website.

Taxis & rideshare

Ask your taxi or rideshare to drop you off at the Grey Street entrance of the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. Taxis and rideshares can drop guests off from the main entrance.

Parking

There is undercover parking for up to 1500 vehicles. The car park has direct lift access to the Centre’s multiple convention floors and exhibition facilities. Car park 1 is best for Merivale Street rooms, Car Park 2 & 3 are best for Exhibition Halls and Grey Street rooms via Russell Street Walkway.
