Abstract:
The Burns Nurse Practitioner role has been in place for over 12 months now at VABS. This presentation will look at activity, challenges and learnings over this period of implementation of a new nursing role to the burns service.
Biography:
Hana has been a Burns Liaison Nurse at the Victorian Adult Burns Service (VABS) for over a decade. Her previous nursing experience in ICU, she has recently been endorsed as a Nurse Practitioner in Burns.
